My Dear Girlfriend

While preparing for the national civil service exam, Jong-ho meets a familiar-looking woman, Su-bin, at the subway station. Beginning with Su-bin asking him if he's from the same archery club at the university as she is, they quickly bond and eventually become lovers. Using his preparation for the civil service exam as an excuse, Jong-ho continues his mundane daily routine, but he falls in love with Su-bin as soon as their relationship begins. However, Su-bin is often unavailable for some reason, and even when they do meet, she always rushes home after 9 pm. One day, Su-bin, appearing anxious, tells Jong-ho a shocking truth about her new stepfather. Baek Dong-woo, Su-bin's stepfather and a pharmacist, may have a friendly face to others, but to Su-bin he's nothing but a demon. After hearing the whole story, Jong-ho vows to make sure that Baek Dong-woo will never harm Su-bin again.
